At 72 Queensborough Terrace (72QT) you will find a popular bed and breakfast guest house and value-for-money, yet stylish, function rooms, together with a licensed bar, right in the very heart of London near to Hyde Park.

16-room bed and breakfast guest house provides our guests with economical, clean and comfortable rooms and a hearty cooked breakfast. 

Many of the rooms have recently been refurbished. All our rooms have a basin as well as tea/coffee making facilities.

Currently there is one en-suite double room available, sleeping up to four. For the other rooms, toilets and/or shower rooms are very close by.

The two function rooms at 72QT can be hired as your venue for: 

• Formal and informal lunches and dinners 
• Wedding receptions and funeral receptions 
• Parties, anniversaries and celebrations 
• Business conferences and business meetings. 

You are welcome to relax in our licensed bar which is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
